With a strong solutions focus and a commitment to provide the best quality programs to meet your specific needs, Vi-Mary is dedicated to working with your business units to ensure individuals, teams and organisations are energised and have the skills and strategies for long term innovation and high performance.
Vi-Mary was chosen as one of four Queensland representatives for the Johnson & Johnson Leaders of the Future. She continues to be passionate about developing leaders at all levels and with all skills sets.
She was the Convener for Women and Employment with the National Council of Women Queensland Branch, a peak body NGO that is one of only three NGOs advising Commonwealth Government on issues affecting minority groups in Australia. In addition, she was chosen as a Board member due to her extensive experience and commitment to making a difference.
Vi-Mary is a mentor and coach for a number of young teenagers and continues to work with young people to develop their communication and confidence skills in their worlds.
She is also the founder of Women with Initiative, Nous and Knowledge (WINK) a network group for women in small business with groups in Melbourne, Sushine Coast and Brisbane.
Vi-Mary graduated with Distinction with a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Human Resources Management and Communications and continues her interest in innovative practices in the Human Resource sector. Vi-Mary holds accreditations in MBTI (individual personal indicator); Team Management Index (TMI); DiSC Team profiles and 363 coaching; Mediation from Bond Law School and is a skilled facilitator in the Leadership Practices Inventory.
